Cancellation and Amendment Policy
Weather Conditions
Our cooking classes operate year-round, including during light rain or mild weather conditions.
Cancellations made by guests due to weather will not qualify for a refund. In rare cases of severe weather affecting safety or transportation, rescheduling options will be provided.
Amendments
Booking amendments made between 24–48 hours before your scheduled class will be accepted one time per booking at no additional charge (subject to availability). Further changes may incur an administrative fee.
Cancellations
- More than 72 hours before class start time:
Full refund (excluding a 100 THB cancellation fee per person to cover transaction costs).
- Between 24–72 hours before class start time:
Partial refund — minus a 300 THB cancellation fee per person.
- Less than 24 hours before class start time or “No Show”:
No refund will be issued.
