Ingredients
100 ml hot water
4-6 dried butterfly pea flowers
1-2 tsp sugar or honey (to taste)
1 tbsp of lime or lemon juice (optional, for purple color)
Ice cubes (1glass)
Instructions
Brew – Steep the butterfly pea flowers in 100 ml hot water for 5 minutes until deep blue.
Strain – Remove flowers.
Sweeten – Stir in sugar or honey while still warm.
Cool – Let it reach room temperature.
Serve – Pour over ice cubes in a glass.
Optional – Add a lime/lemon juice for a blue → purple color change.
