Cooking Program

Not at all! Our classes are open to everyone — from complete beginners to food lovers. Our instructors guide you step-by-step, making it fun and easy to follow.

 

Yes! Every participant has their own cooking station and gets to prepare and cook all dishes themselves using fresh, local ingredients.

Yes, you’ll visit a local Thai market with your instructor to learn about herbs, vegetables, and spices while selecting your dishes.

Yes, you can select from a variety of options including salads, soups, stir-fried dishes, curry paste & curry, and dessert. Each participant can cook different dishes based on their preferences.

Absolutely! Each person can choose their own menu — for example, two different soups, four curry options, and several stir-fried dishes. Everyone cooks individually but shares the fun together.

Our school is located at the scenic Grand Canyon Chiang Mai, just 20–30 minutes from the Old City — surrounded by water and greenery.

We keep our classes small and personal — usually between 3 to 12 participants. During peak season, we may host slightly larger groups, but we always ensure everyone gets personal attention.

Yes! You’ll receive an E-recipe book after the class, including ingredient substitutions and easy-to-find alternatives so you can recreate authentic Thai flavors anywhere.

Transport

Yes! We provide free transfers from all accommodations within 5 km of Chiang Mai Old City.
For hotels outside this area, a small surcharge applies — please contact our customer service team for details.

All transfers are in comfortable 12-seater minivans, with air conditioning.

We recommend staying at least one night before your class, as flight and bus delays are common. Unfortunately, we cannot wait for delayed arrivals.

Yes, but please ensure your next journey departs at least two hours after the class ends.
Notify us 24 hours in advance if you will bring luggage, as space in the van is limited.
Drop-offs will be made in the most efficient route for all guests.

Bookings & Payment

Bookings should be made at least 24 hours before your preferred date. Same-day bookings may not be accepted, so we recommend reserving early to secure your spot.

Yes, 1,000 THB per person includes:

  • Round-trip transfer
  • Local market visit
  • Cooking 7 dishes

There are no hidden fees.

We accept cash, credit cards, and secure online payments through Stripe or HitPay.

We don’t have a separate class, but all recipes can be easily adapted to vegetarian, vegan, or pescatarian diets.

Yes, absolutely! We can adjust all recipes for allergies such as gluten-free, lactose-free, or nut-free. Please inform us during booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Yes. We can customize each dish to suit your dietary needs — vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free. Every guest cooks their own food safely.

No. Relaxing or swimming by the Grand Canyon lake is completely optional — you can simply enjoy the view if you prefer.

General Enquiries

Each session lasts around 5 hours, including pick-up, market visit, cooking, eating, and relaxation time.

Classes are conducted in English and Thai by experienced local instructors.

We recommend bringing:

  • Comfortable clothes
  • A towel or swimwear if you plan to swim
  • Your phone or camera for photos
  • All cooking materials, aprons, and ingredients are provided.

Photos & Media

Yes! You’re welcome to take photos or videos during class. However, we recommend protecting your device during any water activities, as the school cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged equipment.
